Shipping Policy

Pre-order processing

All current products are offered on a full-payment pre-order basis. Estimated dispatch is 4–6 weeks after purchase. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed shipping date. If the schedule changes, BALKONI will email you with an updated estimate and a cancellation option.

United States shipping

Economy shipping is $6 for orders under $75 and free for orders of $75 or more. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. Delivery estimates do not include the pre-order processing period.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Combined and split shipments

Items in the same order may be shipped together when all items are ready. We may split an order when necessary. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or an order appears lost, contact us through the Contact page so we can investigate with the carrier.

International orders

International availability, rates, duties, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where supported. Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
